Terms of Service
Saturday Afternoon · last updated 1 October 2026
Saturday Afternoon is a text-based, adults-only interactive fiction game made by February Games, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. You must be an adult
The game is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in the place you live, to use it. By entering you confirm that you are.
2. What the game is
- Everything in the game is fiction. The characters are invented and are not real people.
- The characters' words are written by an AI language model as you play. They are generated, not scripted, and may be inaccurate, surprising, or not to your taste. They do not represent the views of the game's maker.
- Every scene depicts consensual play between fictional adults. The game refuses any attempt to involve a minor, and such attempts may end your access.
3. Access and subscriptions
- Access is sold as a monthly subscription through a third-party platform (currently DeviantArt and SubscribeStar). Payment, billing and refunds are handled by that platform under its own terms. We never see or store your card details.
- Each tier includes a set number of turns per billing period. Unused turns do not carry over. A scene already in progress always gets to finish.
- Additional turns may be offered as one-off purchases through the same platforms. Purchased turns are credited to the account that bought them and are not transferable or refundable except as the platform allows.
- Access keys issued directly by us for testing or as a courtesy may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share your account, session or access key with anyone else;
- try to involve minors, real people, or non-consensual scenarios in play;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around its limits;
- use the game to generate content you then present as being about a real person.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
5. Availability
The game depends on third-party hosting and AI providers. We aim to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, fast, or free of mistakes, and we may change or remove features and scenes at any time. If the service is withdrawn entirely, we will say so on the platform you subscribed through.
6. Your content and ours
The game, its scenes, characters and artwork belong to February. What you type during play stays yours; you grant us only what is needed to run the game and generate replies. Please don't publish the characters' generated text as your own work.
7. Liability
The game is provided as-is, for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
